Business Analysis

During the Business Analysis stage, SolvCRM will interview you to understand and capture the detailed business requirements.  Understanding and documenting your requirements is key to building effective functionality.

 Configuration

Our approach is to utilize Salesforce point-and-click configuration approaches first.  We have extensive experience with declarative approaches such as complex Flows. If the solution can't be implemented via point-and-click, only then will code customization be utilized.

Integration

Salesforce solutions often need to interact with other third-party applications such as electronic signatures or document management systems.  SolvCRM can implement integrations whether through Apex callouts or using middlewear such as Mulesoft. 

Data Migration

SolvCRM can migrate your data from legacy systems to your new Salesforce org.  Our process includes data cleansing and de-duplication following Salesforce best practices. SolvCRM is can handle the most complex migration challenges successfully.

Customization

If code customization is required, SolvCRM utilizes Apex and Lightning Web Components to meet your business requirements.  As customizations is more costly to build, our process ensures that requirements are carefully vetted before building.

Deployment and User Training

Once the functionality is tested and approved, the functionality turned on or deployed into production.  This process helps ensure there will be no business interruption.  Training before going live is provided as needed. Support for any post-go-live requests are provided as needed.
