Project Summary: For this project, Salesforce was used to re-engineer the client’s core business to collect Surveys. Complex Apex customizations were required to prioritize and assign Surveys to the correct resources. The project also included an integration to Qualtrics. Key Salesforce features included advanced Lightning Components and Apex.
